Position Overview
CoreDial
is a leading provider of Hosted PBX and Business-quality VoIP services,
conveniently headquartered in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. We
provide businesses with an easy and cost effective way to upgrade their
current phone system, while leveraging all the advantages and cost
savings of business quality VoIP services.
The
Direct Marketing Specialist will manage direct marketing and
telemarketing programs focused on sales-lead generation for our Account
Executives. Position reports to CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Execute
integrated lead generation campaigns to develop prospects for Account
Executives. Track and monitor lead generation results, refine programs,
analyze sales and profitability results.
- Utilize
and develop program management tools including the use of existing CRM
system
- Evaluate quality of lead sources; handle
list management
- Develop ongoing customer
communication programs/E newsletters focused on customer retention
- Develop
call campaigns to be executed by Account Executives, including
identifying target market, target decision-maker, developing call
scripts and required supporting materials.
- Manage
all events and seminars attended by the company, including all speaking
opportunities for CoreDial employees, partners and clients.
- Implement
web marketing programs such as Search Engine Marketing
- Manage
directory listings
- Work with Director of Marketing
on other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 4
year degree in marketing or relevant major required
- 2-3
years marketing experience, with specific experience in B2B
telemarketing, list management, online lead generation and marketing,
and program analysis.
- Experience marketing to small
to mid-sized businesses (5 to 100 employees).
- Experience
in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to
meet organizational objectives
- Demonstrated
project management skills, and proven ability to interface directly
with customers
- Experience in developing and
managing corporate web presence and SEO/SEM based lead generation
programs
